In 2019 Department of Electronics, General and Applied Physics invites to study on specialty 105 – Applied Physics and Nanomaterials.

Postgraduate studies with a break from production – three years, without a break from production – four years.

Admission rules

Postgraduate students who have a college degree and a master’s degree (educational-qualification level of specialist) are admitted to the competition for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

Entrants submit the following documents:

a copy of the state specimen document on the previously obtained master’s degree (OCD) and an appendix to it;
a copy of the identity card and citizenship;
research proposal in accordance with the established form (when submitting applications for competition in several educational and scientific programs – each research proposal is submitted);
2 photo cards 3×4 cm.

The passport and the diploma of higher education are submitted by the entrants personally.

Documents are accepted from applicants for various forms of study from March 01 to October 19, 2019.
