On September 29, 2026, Larysa ODNODVORETS took part in the International Round Table “Promoting Gender Equality in Higher Education: Leadership, Well-being, and Institutional Practices”. The event was organized by Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University within the framework of the international project EDUC-WIDE, funded by the European Union (Grant Agreement No. 101136533).
The round table participants discussed ways to mitigate the risks of emotional burnout and foster an inclusive, safe environment for university staff requiring continuous practical support and open dialogue across the university community.
