Diana KANDAUROVA, a student of specialty 171 “Electronic Information Systems”, participated in the “DUHN 2026 Summer School” at the University of Duisburg-Essen from July 5 to July 15, 2026, within the framework of the “German-Ukrainian University Network” (DUHN) program funded by DAAD.
Throughout the week, Ukrainian students together with representatives of the University of Duisburg-Essen visited scientific laboratories of the university, attended workshops and seminars conducted by researchers, and worked on their own project, which was presented on the penultimate day of the school.
According to Diana, the most memorable event was a trip to the Jülich Research Centre and a visit to the Ernst Ruska-Centre for Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Electrons.
